1. Service Description

Replify is a progressive web application (PWA) for workout tracking, recovery analysis, and trainer-client interaction. The service is available at replify.space and via mobile applications.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Replify is NOT a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease. All recovery, HRV, sleep, and stress data is provided for informational purposes only. Consult a physician before starting any training program.

3. AI Disclaimer

AI trainer recommendations, workout parsing, and analysis are generated using machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies. AI recommendations do not replace a professional trainer or doctor. Users are responsible for decisions made based on these recommendations.

4. Trainer Disclaimer

Replify provides a platform for connecting trainers and clients. We do not verify trainer qualifications and are not responsible for the quality of their recommendations. The trainer-client relationship is governed by the parties themselves.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
• Be 16 years of age or older

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using the service for spam, fraud, or malicious activities
• Attempting reverse engineering, hacking, or destabilizing the service
• Automated data scraping without written permission
• Posting offensive, illegal, or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

The Replify service, including code, design, exercise catalog content, and trademark, is the intellectual property of its creators. User data (workouts, notes) belongs to the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of AI recommendations, or data preservation. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete a user account for violation of these terms. Users may delete their account at any time via application settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For EU citizens, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) applies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
