1. Overview
Replify offers paid PRO and Coaching subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle) acting as Merchant of Record. Refunds are therefore handled through Paddle and subject to their processing terms.
2. Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription charge in the following cases:
- The service is unavailable due to a technical issue our support cannot resolve within 7 days.
- You were billed in error (duplicate charges, charge for a cancelled subscription).
- You used PRO features (AI plan generation, AI workout parsing, AI recommendations) for less than 25% of the billing period.
3. Non-refundable cases
- Request submitted more than 14 days after the charge (uncontested auto-renewals are reviewed case-by-case).
- Subscription used for more than 25% of the billing period with no technical issues reported.
- Account suspended for violating Terms of Service.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings (Profile → Subscription) or via the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle confirmation email. After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. How to request a refund
- Email support@replify.space with subject “Refund” — include the account email and the reason for your request.
- We respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank / provider).
- Refunds are issued in the currency of the original charge through Paddle. We do not refund directly from Replify.
6. Paddle dispute resolution
If you do not receive a response from our support within 7 days, you may contact Paddle support directly via paddle.net. As Merchant of Record, Paddle is authorized to issue refunds without our involvement.
